Orders & Personalization

How does personalization work?

Simply provide your child's name, age, appearance details, and optionally upload photos. You can also share your story ideas or themes. Our team uses advanced AI technology to create a unique story and illustrations featuring your child as the hero.

How long does it take to create my book?

Production typically takes 3-5 business days once we receive your order details. After creation, shipping takes an additional 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I review the book before it's printed?

Yes! We'll send you a digital preview of your book via email. You'll have the opportunity to request minor adjustments before we proceed with printing.

Can I order a book with multiple children?

Absolutely! Our Multi-Character Storybook option allows you to feature siblings, friends, or family members together in one adventure.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Most of our customers are in the UK, but we deliver to the US, Canada, Australia, and many other countries.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. UK delivery is typically £3.99 for standard shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your book is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime using your order ID and email address.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

For UK customers, prices include VAT. For other countries, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

Since each book is custom-made, we can't offer refunds once production has started. However, if there's an error on our part or you're not satisfied with the quality, we'll work with you to make it right.

Can I customize the illustration style?

Yes! During the ordering process, you can choose from several illustration styles including Cartoon/Whimsical, Realistic, Watercolor, and more.
